By accessing and using Web Archive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Web Archive provides website and social media archiving services for compliance and documentation purposes. The Service captures and converts web content into PDF archives and screenshots.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Archive content you do not have permission to access
• Use the Service to violate any third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service in any way that could damage or overburden our systems

5. Usage Limits and Credits

Different account tiers have different usage limits measured in page credits. Free accounts receive 5 pages per month, Premium accounts receive 500 pages per month. Credits reset monthly based on your signup anniversary date.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Archive Retention

Free account archives are retained for 7 days. Premium account archives are retained permanently while your subscription is active. We reserve the right to delete archives after account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you archive. We claim no ownership over your archived content. The Service itself, including all software and documentation, is owned by Web Archive and protected by copyright laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that archives will be admissible in legal proceedings or accepted by regulators. You are responsible for verifying the suitability of archives for your compliance needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
